Competence Assessment Programs

The Social Workers Registration Board currently recognises two Competence Assessment programme providers:

  • Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers

    If you are a CURRENT MEMBER of the Association and hold a competency assessment certificate gained within the last 5 years you may use this competency assessment certificate for the purpose of answering Question (G) COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE in the Application for Registration as a Social Worker in New Zealand.
     
    Alternatively you may join the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers and obtain a competency certificate as a member. Please contact the Association for further details:
