Recognised Qualifications

The following qualifications are currently recognised by the SWR Board for the purposes of registration under the Social Workers Registration Act 2003

Qualifications recognised between 01 October 2004 – 31 December 2005

Qualifications no longer provided but are recognised by the SWRB

If you have not completed or started one of the qualifications on the above two schedules by 31 December 2005 you will be required to obtain one of the following qualifications for the purposes of registration under the Social Workers Registration Act 2003

from 1 January 2006 onwards:

Qualifications recognised from 1 January 2006 as at 25 January 2008
